About the role

Studio Associates run the guest experience at our wood-burning studio. You'll guide walk-ins and booked groups through pyrography sessions, keep the floor running smoothly, and drive product and membership sales along the way.

What you'll do

• Welcome guests, explain the process, and lead safe, fun wood-burning sessions
• Demonstrate technique and troubleshoot as guests work
• Prep wood, leather, and materials before and between sessions
• Run point-of-sale transactions and upsell products, add-ons, and memberships
• Keep the studio clean, stocked, and safe
• Support private events, corporate bookings, and farmers market as needed

What we're looking for

• Warm, outgoing personality and genuine comfort talking to people
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently on the floor
• Steady hands and attention to detail for demos and prep
• Comfort with basic POS and mobile tech
• Weekend and evening availability
• Crafting, art, or maker experience a plus
