How do I book if I'm paying with a gift card?
Check “I'm paying with a gift card” when you book to reserve your spot for free — you'll pay the $15 per-person studio fee with your gift card when you arrive.
How does the Get Out Pass work?
Book and pay for your session like normal. When you check out in-studio, redeem your Get Out Pass for up to $15 off any wood or project purchase.
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes! Walk-ins are welcome when seats are available, but availability is not guaranteed without a reservation
If I want to stay longer than my 90-minute appointment, can I?
If there’s space available, absolutely! You’re welcome to stay and burn to your heart’s content.
Are there age limits?
Most ages are welcome. Guests under 12 will need a guardian present, and younger kids may need a little extra help.
Can I bring my own wood projects?
Yes! If you bring your own wood project, you’ll just pay the standard Studio Entry fee at checkout.
How do I add multiple people to my reservation?
On the booking page, you’ll see a box where you can enter the total number of people in your group.
Where can I buy a gift card?
We offer both digital and physical gift cards that can be loaded with any amount you'd like. Physical cards can be purchased in our studio, and digital cards can be purchased here.
